2. Steam and feeding adopt automatic and manual control methods. During operation, the two modes can be switched freely without disturbance. In manual mode, the feeding volume and steam volume are determined by the values manually input by the user. When automatic, the system automatically completes all actions from startup to shutdown without user intervention. During operation, the amount of feed and steam is automatically adjusted according to the load of the granulator and the temperature of the modulator.
3. Overcurrent bypass. During the operation of the main engine, when the current is over-current, the bypass valve is automatically opened, and when the current is low, the bypass valve is automatically closed to avoid machine blockage. If the bypass valve is opened for a period of time and the current continues to be high, the system will automatically shut down the steam and lower-level conditioning.

6. Recipe function. Different feed products have their own independent control parameters, and they are equipped with special formulas for management and preservation. The system can store 40 recipes. The user can record the empirical data in the formula according to the experience data obtained in the production process. When starting up, just call the formula to adjust the granulator to the best state conveniently and quickly.
 

 

7. Ring mold management. It is possible to carry out statistical management on the accumulation of running time and the accumulation of production output of various ring dies in the production process, eliminating the manual registration in the past.
